GiftPraise fees
The GiftPraise fee is fully refundable within 14 days where the GiftPraise has not yet been delivered. Once delivery has taken place, the GiftPraise fee is non-refundable as the service has been provided.
Cancelling before it sends
If you only want it to arrive at a different time, you do not need us: move it yourself using the link in your order confirmation or on your account page, up to 10 minutes before a scheduled one is due, or for about 5 minutes after paying for one set to send straight away. To stop it altogether, a scheduled GiftPraise can be stopped at any point before it is delivered. Email hello@giftpraise.com and we will hold it; there is no self-service cancel button. Please be aware that stopping delivery does not usually get the gift back. Gift cards are ordered from the issuer at the moment you pay, rather than on the day the GiftPraise is due to arrive, so in practice a card has already been issued by the time a scheduled gift is cancelled. Where the card genuinely has not yet been issued, the gift is refunded in full. Payment processing fees may not always be recoverable from our payment provider and will be disclosed at the time of refund.
Digital gift cards
Digital gift cards are non-refundable once they have been issued or redeemed, in line with the gift card issuer's own terms. If a gift card has not yet been issued, we will refund it in full.
How to request a refund
Email hello@giftpraise.com with your GiftPraise link and the reason for your request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5 working days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
